The story goes as follows: Last winter Frank (producer) and I was sitting outside his studio, having a little break from one of our creative studio-sessions. We were working on “night and day”. One of the ideas was to get a female vocalist to do the chorus. You see..When I wrote the song, it developed as a duett with my voice being the dark side, and the female voice as the white angels….ohhhh…:) Well, Frank and I worked on fitting these thoughts into the sound picture, and while brainstorming outside the studio, a name came up. Claudia Scott!! We looked at eachother. Yes!! Claudia Scott!! I took the matter into my own hands, and got connected to Claudia via “My Space”. I briefly filled her in on our ideas, and sendt her a demoversion of the song. She loved it!! Great!! The final touch on the song was about to be a magic one. As Claudia is living part time in Nashville and part time Bergen, it took a couple of months before we were able to team up. But when it happened, I`m proud to say: We were right!! Amazing voice. Amazing session. Amazing result. Thx Claudia!!!! The final mix will probably be well hidden until album release:)
